Adult and children's mattresses carry a 10-year limited warranty; cot and playpen mattresses carry 3 years. It covers specified defects, not comfort preference.

What does medium-firm mean?
There is no shared industry scale, so one brand's medium-firm can feel like another brand's firm. Treat the label as a starting point and compare surface feel, how far you sink and how level your back stays.
Is the Lullaflex Hybrid medium or medium-firm?
Lullaflex describes the Hybrid as medium. The Trilogy is described as medium-firm. Labels differ even within one brand, so lie on both at the showroom if you can.
Which is better for couples?
If you agree on the feel, either works. If you do not, the Trilogy queen and king are available as His/Hers, with a different firmness on each side.
Can I try the firmness before buying?
Yes. Every model on this page is at the Woodlands showroom, by appointment. Lullaflex has not published a sleep trial, so lying on the mattress first is the best way to judge the feel.
