Coverage periods

Coverage begins on the original purchase date.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser with valid dated proof of purchase. It is non-transferable. A repair or replacement does not extend the original period or create a new warranty.

Full-sized adult, children and toddler mattresses

10-year limited warranty

Cot, baby and playpen mattresses, and mattress toppers

3-year limited warranty

Pillows

No warranty; sales are final

This policy applies to eligible purchases made before or after publication, measured from the product's original purchase date.

What is covered

Verifiable structural and manufacturing defects.

  • Material or manufacturing defects that affect normal product use.
  • A visible indentation of at least 2.5 cm in the whole mattress core, measured without weight on the mattress.
  • Approved repair or replacement with a comparable product, at Lullaflex's discretion. A replacement may not be an exact model or material match.

Prorated remedy

Product charges increase with the product's age.

Year 1: approved repair or replacement has no product charge. Transport remains payable by the customer.

Remaining covered years: the charge is the current list price multiplied by the number of years owned, divided by the applicable warranty length, plus transport.

Example: a 10-year mattress approved during year 5 is charged at 50% of its current list price, plus transport.

Important distinction

A warranty is not a sleep trial or comfort guarantee.

This policy covers qualifying defects. It does not promise that a mattress will suit every firmness preference, sleep position, medical condition or bedroom temperature, and it does not create a general return or exchange right.

Lullaflex's liability under this limited warranty will not exceed the original purchase price and excludes incidental or consequential costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
